Your GIFT voucher will be prepared within 1 working hour for collection at our studio at – PLC Panorama (Saltoniškių g. 9, Vilnius) or delivered to the address you specify within 2–5 business days;

The GIFT voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used only for products in Carol Home interior studios or on the website www.carolhome.lt by entering the GIFT voucher code;

The GIFT voucher cannot be exchanged for cash;

If you return a product that was paid for using a GIFT voucher, you will receive a GIFT voucher of the same value instead of the refunded amount;

The GIFT voucher is intended for a single purchase (must be used in one transaction);

If the price of the selected products is lower than the value of the GIFT voucher, the remaining unused amount will not be refunded;

If the price of the selected products is higher than the value of the GIFT voucher, the buyer must pay the difference.

The GIFT voucher validity period IS NOT EXTENDED.
